Product Specification

Lightweight Bricks are environment friendly and manufactured from common natural raw material. The energy consumed in the production process is only a fraction compared to the production of other materials and emits no pollutants and creates no toxic products or by products. The CLC bricks that we offer provides thermal and sound insulations and also fire protection eliminating need for many layers of plastering and do not emit any toxic gas when exposed to fire. These bricks are highly strong and of customized shape thus requiring less amount of cement for plastering and giving an even shape to the construction.

About CLC
Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC), is a version of lightweight concrete that is produced like normal concrete under ambient conditions. It is produced by initially making a slurry of Cement + Fly ash + Sand (Optional) + Water, which is further mixed with the addition of pre-formed stable foam in an unique Foamed concrete mixer. The mixture is either poured or pumped into assembled moulds of bricks or form-work of reinforced structural elements or poured onto flat roofs or voids for thermal insulation or filling. The foam imparts free flowing characteristics to this slurry due to ball bearing effect of foam bubbles enabling it to easily flow into all corners and compact by itself in the moulds/forms without requiring any kind of vibration or compaction.
